One day, I accidentally found a way to exercise my lungs by blowing a paper spider hanging from the ceiling, and it was especially effective at no cost-no breathing trainer.

Then one day, when I came into the shower room, I saw a real spider hanging from its nest in the corner of the room mentioned.
