  1. Water is not bad at all; you can drink and shower, and it will help you drain out unused substances from your body and make you relax.
  2. Pet: If you own one or more pets, like a cat, dog, fish, etc., they can increase opportunities to exercise; for example, you have to look after them, feed them, get outside, like take them for a walk, and socialize. You may see someone talking and exchanging experiences about their pet in the park or beside the street. Regular walking or playing with pets can decrease blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and triglyceride levels. Pets can help manage loneliness and depression; this is the actual reason we really need them: by giving us companionship.

Remember that treatment for depression is not one-size-fits-all, and what works best can vary from person to person. It's considered to consult with a healthcare provider or mental health specialist, such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, or social worker, for an accurate diagnosis and a tailored treatment plan.
